Bumper guards shall be <br /> provided when necessary to protect adjacent structures or <br /> properties. (Development Title Section 9-1015) <br /> f. A total of five (5) parking spaces, including one (1) <br /> handicap stall, shall be provided and shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. All parking stalls shall be delineated <br /> with paint. The size of the parking spaces and the <br /> parking lot design and dimensions shall be consistent <br /> with the requirements of Section 9-1015. 5 of the <br /> Development Title. <br /> g. Access driveways shall have a width of no less than <br /> twenty-five feet (251 ) for two-way aisles and sixteen <br /> feet (161 ) for one-way aisles. (Section 9-1015. 5{h}{1} <br /> of the Development Title) <br /> h. One (1) loading space shall be provided for every use <br /> with 3 , 000 square feet of gross floor area. Each space <br /> shall be a minimum of twenty-five feet (251 ) in length <br /> and fifteen feet (151 ) in width, with a minimum height <br /> clearance of fourteen feet (141 ) . One-site driveways and <br /> maneuvering areas may be used in lieu of one (1) of the <br /> loading spaces as long as maneuvering areas for delivery <br /> vehicles are provided. The loading space shall be shown <br /> on the Improvement Plan. (Section 9-1015. 6{a} and <br /> 9-1015. 6{c} of the Development Title) <br /> i. A solid masonry wall six feet (61 ) in height shall be <br /> erected along the westerly property line of Parcel 005- <br /> 141-26. (Section 9-1020. 8{b} of the Development Title) <br /> j . Any outside storage areas shall be screened so that they <br /> are not visible from adjacent properties, Forest Lake <br /> Road, and State Route 99 Frontage Road. The outside <br /> storage area shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. No <br /> outside storage is permitted in front yards or in front <br /> of main buildings. (Section 9-1020. 8{c} of the <br /> Development Title) <br /> k. All outdoor trash receptacles shall be contained within <br /> a trash enclosure. The enclosure shall be located on <br /> permanent paving, be designed to accommodate all trash <br /> receptacles, and be constructed on three (3) sides with <br /> solid masonry walls and gated on the fourth side. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1020. 8{e}) <br /> 1.
