CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-88-21 <br /> 1 . Public Works Department: <br /> a. An Improvement Plan, prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, <br /> on-site parking, and grading, shall be submitted to <br /> the Department of Public Works for approval. <br /> b. Full improvements on Navone Road along the frontage of <br /> the property are required in conformance with the improve- <br /> ment plans approved by the Director of Public Works on <br /> September 22 , 1978 , and the Subdivision Agreement dated <br /> March 22 , 1985 , which includes , but not limited to, 60 <br /> feet of pavement, curb and gutter, water and storm drain- <br /> age systems . These improvements shall be extended from <br /> existing street improvement on Lot I to the west property <br /> line of Lot J. <br /> C. Lot R shall be developed at this time to provide drainage <br /> for the road improvements. <br /> d. The frontage and drainage improvements on Navone Road <br /> shall be constructed prior to occupancy and subjected <br /> to field inspection by the Public Works Department. <br /> e. The storm drainage system and water system will not be <br /> maintained by C. S.A. #40 , until all the public improve- <br /> ments are accepted as completed by the County Board of <br /> Supervisors. <br /> 2 . Local Health District: <br /> a. The use of dry wells deeper than 25 feet for the disposal <br /> of either storm water drainage or sewage effluent is <br /> specifically prohibited by San Joaquin County Ordinace <br /> and State of California Water Code regulations. An alter- <br /> nate design of the storm water ponds will be required. <br /> b. Maximum number of employees must be shown on the site <br /> plan so that sewage system can be properly sized with <br /> 100% replacement shown on the plan. <br /> C. Permites must be obtained for the installation of the <br /> septic system and water well. <br /> d. Should the number of employees exceed 24 , the water well <br /> and system will become a public water system as regulated <br /> by Title 22 , California Administrative Code and will be <br /> subject to a yearly permit and inspection. <br />
