SA-88-21 page 2 3 . Building Inspection Division: a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Or- dinance requirements will be applicable and shall be in- corporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: a. The proposed building shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system or divided into areas less than 6 , 000 square feet by area separa- tion walls . b. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled ac- cess requirements (C.A.C. , Title 24) . b. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to performing any excavation or filling of earth material: a. A grading plan shall contain the information listed in the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7006 (1) . b. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details and elevations of the adjacent parcels . Retaining wall details shall be submitted where applicable. C. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incorporated in the grading plans . d. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to issuance of a building permit. C. The Development Plan shall indicate the following: a. Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The space (s) shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.A.C. , Title 24) . b. Provide identification signs for the parking space (s) including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible from each space (C.A.C. , Title 24) . C. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch per foot (C.A.C. , Title 24) . 4 . Planning Division: a. Designated, on-site parking spaces shall be provided for each use, as follows: ° Office: One space �(9 ' x 20 ' ) for each 250 square feet of floor area;
