SA-89-21 <br /> Page Three <br /> b. Sound levels generated by the proposed use shall not <br /> exceed 65 db Ldn at the property line . <br /> C. If a trash enclosure is required , then its location <br /> shall be designated on the Improvement Plan . The <br /> enclosure shall be designed to accommodate all trash <br /> receptacles and constructed on three sides with a solid <br /> wall and gated on the fourth side . <br /> d . All parking areas shall be lighted . Lighting standards <br /> shall not exceed 20 feet in height . Lights shall be <br /> hooded to prevent glare onto adjoining properties . <br /> e . A solid six-foot fence is required along the east <br /> property line . <br /> f . A phased landscaping plan shall be submitted which <br /> includes the following : <br /> 1 ) A ten-foot wide planter is required along State <br /> Route 88 prior to occupancy . <br /> 2 ) Prior to MARCH 14 , 1991 and prior to occupancy <br /> of any buildings moved on site , a ten-foot wide <br /> planter is required along Jack Tone Road . <br /> 3 ) The existing trees shall remain and be integrated <br /> into the landscape plans . <br /> 4) Planters adjacent to public trees shall contain <br /> shrubbery or mounding not to exceed three ( 3) feet <br /> in height . Trees must be trimmed the f_rst <br /> six-feet in height to allow for sight distance . <br /> 5 ) Planter areas shall contain shrubs and /or living <br /> ground cover : concrete , asphalt , and any surface <br /> materials including rocks or bark are not <br /> acceptable . <br />
