SA-89-21 <br /> Page Two <br /> 2 . LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> a. The existing sewage disposal system located on this site <br /> may be used for a maximum period of 2 years with the <br /> following conditions : <br /> 1 . Open and pump tank , Health District to be present at <br /> time of pumping to inspect tank . <br /> 2 . Identify the location of the existing leach lines . <br /> 3 . If the system is inadequate or needs to be repaired , <br /> it is to be done under permit and inspection by the <br /> Health District . <br /> b. Connection to a public sewer system is required at the end <br /> of the 2 years or when a new building is located on the <br /> sewer district stating that they have the capacity to <br /> serve the proposed project prior to approving the <br /> Improvement Plan. <br /> c. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required . A letter from the water supplier will be <br /> required stating that they have the capacity to serve the <br /> development and that the system meets State standards <br /> prior to approving the Improvement Plans . <br /> d . Destroy the abandoned well under permit and inspection by <br /> the Health District . <br /> 3 . PLANNING DIVISION <br /> a. All parking , drives , and maneuvering areas shall be <br /> paved . Areas which are not already paved shall be <br /> surfaced with a minimum 2 1/2 inches of asphaltic concrete <br /> paving over 6 inches of rock base , or as specified by the <br /> Department of Public Works . Areas which are already paved <br /> shall meet minimum County standards for surfacing prior to <br /> MARCH 13 , 1991 . <br />
