2. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES (Environmental Health Division): <br /> a. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required. <br /> b. A test well shall be required to meet the following: <br /> (1) The water quality shall be tested to meet Tale 22, CCR (Safe Drinking Water Act). <br /> (2) The water quantity shall be tested to meet Title 22, CCR (Safe Drinking Water <br /> Act). <br /> (3) Results of the tests shall be approved by the Environmental Health Division and <br /> the Department of Public Works prior to recordation of the Final Map. <br /> (4) Obtain all required permits. <br /> C. Any existing wells or septic tanks must be destroyed under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> d. Submit plans for approval by the Environmental Health Division for a sewage treatment <br /> plant. The plans must be designed by a Registered Engineer. <br /> e. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Central Valley Region, prior to development. <br /> 3. CALTRANS: <br /> a. The subdivider shall contribute financially to future improvements of the State Route <br /> 99/Eight Mile Road interchange. The amount of the pro-rata contribution shall be based <br /> on the in-progress Caltrans study of State Route 99 interchanges for the segment <br /> between Fremont Street and Eight Mile Road, inclusive. <br /> 4. PLANNING DIVISION: <br /> a. Landscaping shall be planted in the 26-foot-wide strip located along the Eight Mile Road <br /> frontage outside the Eight Mile Road right-of-way required under Condition No. 1(d). <br /> Landscaping details shall be shown on the improvement plans and shall be subject to the <br /> approval of the Planning Director. No other improvements are permissible within this 26- <br /> foot-wide segment. <br /> b. A subdivision property owners' association shall be formed to maintain landscaping, <br /> fencing, and signage. <br /> C. Project fencing, consisting of a solid masonry wall or brick type construction, shall be <br /> constructed along the project frontage on Eight Mile Road. The fence shall be shown on <br /> the improvement plan, designed to provide noise attenuation for industrial development <br /> to a level of 75 decibels or less along Eight Mile Road property lines, and located outside <br /> the 25-foot-wide landscaped strip along Eight Mile Road. <br /> d. Subdivision identification signage shall be restricted to a single monument type or fence <br /> mounted sign. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 3 - SU-89-19 <br />
