A 27-foot wide roadway shall be dedicated along Eight-Mile <br /> Road aad-shall-be-wldeaed on the subdivided side_ to-99-feet <br /> €eery--its-eeaterlimev Pavement_shall_be widened_to_provide <br /> right_and_left_turn_lanes_on_the_approach_to_the_subdivision <br /> --- <br /> entrance-road in conformance with the structural section of <br /> an industrial street . <br /> S . Additional frontage improvements for Eight Mile Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one half of <br /> a 134-foot right-of-way street . The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements may be deferred at the option of the <br /> Dep,3rtment of Public Works, in which event the owner shall <br /> execute a Deferred Frontage Improvement Agreement prior to <br /> approval of the Map (A $250.00 fee is required for processing <br /> per Ord . The project shall be served by a public water system <br /> conforming to the requirements of the Local Health District <br /> and the Department of Public Works . The system shall provide <br /> adequate domestic and fire water supply in conformance to the <br /> requirements of the County Fire Warden and the local Fire <br /> District . A test well showing that the production well will <br /> meet all applicable standards is required prior to the <br /> approval of the improvement plans or any work within the <br /> site . <br /> 2 <br />
