COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SU-89-19 <br /> 9 . The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and <br /> treatment system constructed in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the Local Health District and the Department <br /> of Public Works . A wastewater treatment plant study <br /> acceptable to Department of Public Works and Local Health <br /> District is required prior to the approval of the <br /> improvement plans or any work within the site . <br /> 10 . Street lighting shall be provided for the subdivision and <br /> the frontage of Eight-Mile Road. (Eight Mile Road may be <br /> included in the DFIA ) <br /> 11 . A /County Service Area shall be formed prior to the approval <br /> of the Final Map to provide for the operation, maintenance , <br /> and improvement of storm drainage , water , sanitary , and <br /> street lighting facilities . <br /> _2___All_lots_shall_be_designated_hv__numbEr_ <br /> RECOMMENDED CONDITIONS : <br /> 1 . Access rights shall be dedicated and restric=ted for Lots <br /> I thru 6 and 22 thru 24 along the frontage of Eight-Mile <br /> Road , and for Lots 1 and 24 , 125 Feet from Eight-Mile Road, <br /> along the Frontage of the entrance road .
