Wood Quarry <br /> Excavation which would involve aggregate extraction and <br /> construction of a bridge over the Mokelumne River in San Joaquin <br /> County . The Department would like to offer the following <br /> comment: <br /> If boating occurs in the area of the proposed project and <br /> the applicant determines that waterway markers, e.g. , signs <br /> or buoys , are necessary to warn or advise boaters of <br /> hazards during bridge construction, the markers must be 1 <br /> placed or installed in accordance with the requirements as <br /> specified in Title 14 , Article 6 , California Code of <br /> Regulations (copy enclosed) . <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to review and comment on this <br /> project. <br /> WILLIAM H.
