The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited <br /> into any water course nor in any way contribute to the <br /> pollution thereof . <br /> b. Provide an approved potable water supply for all <br /> employees. <br /> C. Provide approved sanitary facilities for all employees . <br /> 4 . AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT: <br /> Conditions of Approval : <br /> a. Application of water or other dust suppressant shall be <br /> applied to all working surfaces and on-site service roads <br /> at least twice per day and in a large enough quantity so <br /> that the surface of the soil is moist. Details shall be <br /> included in the Excavation Plan. <br /> b. The speed of vehicles using haul routes shall be <br /> restricted to control the generation of dust. <br /> c. The applicant shall maintain records of the dust control <br /> plan and make them available to the District for periodic <br /> inspection. <br /> d. The applicant shall conform to the requirements of the <br /> District' s proposed Regulation VIII to control dust. The <br /> Dust Control Plan shall be approved by the District prior <br /> to the initiation of the use. Evidence of the District ' s <br /> approval shall be submitted to the Planning Division. <br /> -44- <br />
