Mr. Tanghal may <br /> wish to request that his proposal for a neighborhood commer- <br /> cial area in the old town area be included in the General <br /> Plan update program. <br /> NOTE: The pre-application conference is designed to inform prospec- <br /> tive applicants of general plan consistency, zoning consistency, <br /> public improvement requirements, preliminary design constraints <br /> and opportunities, and major environmental and safety issues. <br /> This information is provided in the hope of assisting the <br /> applicant in submitting a better and more complete application, <br /> as well as minimizing processing time. It is not intended <br /> to be an in-depth analysis, and, an environmental assessment <br /> is not completed.
