Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromchloropropane (DBCP) and Nitrates prior to <br /> recordation of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken and run <br /> by a State-approved lab. <br /> C. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division as follows: All agriculture wells <br /> discharge pipes need to be two times the amount of discharge <br /> pipe over the stand pipe or install County approved check valve <br /> for all of them <br /> d. Provide approved sanitary facilities for all employees. <br /> 4 . LINDEN-PETERS FIRE DISTRICT <br /> a. ACCESS: (Uniform Fire Code, Article 10, Section 10. 207) <br /> 1) The access road shall be a minimum of 20-feet wide. <br /> 2) The access road shall have a minimum vertical clearance of <br /> 13-feet 6-inches. <br /> 3) Surface: The fire apparatus access road shall be designed <br /> and maintained to support the imposed loads of fire <br /> apparatus with a compaction of not less than ninety percent <br /> and shall be provided with a surface so as to provide all- <br /> weather driving capabilities. <br /> 4) The end of the access road shall have a turnaround <br /> sufficient for the turning around of fire apparatus. (If a <br /> Cul-De-Sac is to be used it shall have a minimum radius of <br /> not less than 50-feet, not including parking areas) . <br /> 5) Plans and specifications for the access road and turnaround <br /> shall be submitted to the Fire Department for approval, <br /> prior to any construction taking place. <br /> b. WATER SUPPLY• <br /> 1) If applicable, provide water supply for fire suppression as <br /> required by the Uniform Fire Code. <br />
