0 0 <br /> • IDW will be stored on site in an accessible exterior area for a period of up to 90 days prior to <br /> pickup for disposal; <br /> • The Client will identify the waste generator and provide pertinent contact information. <br /> The generator will be listed on the temporary hazardous waste generator identification <br /> number, the waste profile(s), and the waste manifest(s); <br /> • The generator will be responsible for signing the waste profile(s) and manifest(s). Under <br /> no circumstances will Partner be considered the generator of waste or be required to sign <br /> documents pertaining to waste generation; <br /> • The soil cuttings will be classified as non-hazardous for waste disposal purposes. <br /> Additional fees will apply if the waste is classified as hazardous; <br /> • For the purposes of this proposal, it is assumed the cost for profiling, transport, and <br /> disposal of drummed cuttings will not exceed $550; <br /> • The generator will be directly responsible for Board of Equalization (BOE) taxes, fees, etc. <br /> that may be incurred for the waste disposal; <br /> • Partner will not be responsible for consequential damages, loss of business, etc. as a result of <br /> this scope of work; <br /> • Standby time directed by the Client due to access limitations and/or other causes outside of <br /> Partner's control will be charged at a rate of$750 per hour; and, <br /> • Analyses will be conducted with a standard 5-day turnaround time. <br /> Please note that drilling will be required within the subject property building to conduct <br /> this investigation. <br /> Signatures of Environmental Professionals <br /> Sincerely, <br /> /j,� A - <br /> Tom A.
