d.. <br /> The temporary PG&E service disconnection to the onsite warehouse building shall be <br /> coordinated with PG&E and the building tenants by the Contractor. Said interruption of <br /> L., service shall be performed expeditiously during periods of minimum service and shall be <br /> for as short a period as possible. Should the interruption in service extend for a period <br /> greater than four hours, temporary service shall be provided to the building at no <br /> additional cost to the City. <br /> The top of the existing concrete well head shall be sealed with a 4-inch reinforced <br /> concrete cap secured in place with steel dowels and abandoned in place. <br /> The existing site asphalt pavement approximately 400 square feet shall be demolished <br /> i. and said area shall be graded and repaved to drain away from the demolished well. The <br /> edges of the new pavement shall be constructed to match the edges of the existing <br /> pavement. Said area shall be paved with 2 inches of asphalt pavement. <br /> Temporary fencing shall be erected around the well site during the construction period, <br /> to protect equipment and prevent entry to the well site by unauthorized persons. <br /> SECTION 12 - OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUALS: <br /> The Contractor shall submit three (3) sets of operation and maintenance manuals, <br /> suitably bound, to the Engineer prior to final acceptance of project. All manuals shall be <br /> marked to indicate the specific equipment furnished for this project and shall include: <br /> `' 1. Start-up instruction; <br /> 2_ Normal operation and instructions; <br /> 3. Trouble shooting instructions; <br /> `+ 4. Lubrication instructions; <br /> 5. Maintenance and reinstallation instructions; <br /> 6. Parts identification; <br /> 'r 7. List of spare parts recommended to have on hand; <br /> 8. Operator safety; <br /> �. In addition, all operation and maintenance manuals for electrical equipment shall <br /> include: <br /> 9. Equipment ratings; <br /> 10. Calibration curves and rating tables if appropriate; <br /> �- Operation and maintenance manuals for complex equipment shall also include: <br /> 11. Alternate specified operation modes; <br /> La 12. Emergency shutdown instructions; <br /> 13. Normal shutdown instructions; <br /> 14.
