Report Required: The Contractor shall file with the State of California, <br /> Department of Water Resources and San Joaquin County Department of <br /> Health Services, Environmental Health Division, and other required <br /> Agencies, such reports which may be required, including Notice of Intent to <br /> Engage in Construction of a Well, Report of Completion, and supplemental <br /> reports as may be required. <br /> L. Material Submittal: Submit data to show that all materials to be used in <br /> construction of the well conform to the Specifications. <br /> M. Samples: Furnish, without additional cost to the City, such quantities of <br /> construction materials as may be required by the Engineer for test purposes. <br /> The Contractor shall cooperate with the Engineer and furnish necessary <br /> facilities for sampling and testing of all materials and workmanship. All <br /> materials furnished and all work performed shall be subject to rigid <br /> LO inspection, and no material shall be used in the construction work until it has <br /> been submitted and favorably reviewed by the Engineer, <br /> 1.05 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br /> A. The Contractor shall procure all permits, certificates, and licenses required <br /> by law for the execution of this work. He shall comply with all federal, state <br /> and local laws, ordinances or rules and regulations relating to the <br /> performance of the work, including the requirements of the State of California <br /> Department of Water Resources Bulletin No. 74. The cost of all permits, <br /> '+ certificates, and licenses required by law for the completion of the described <br /> work shall be considered as included in the prices paid for the various <br /> contract items of work involved and no additional compensation will be <br /> �- allowed. <br /> 1.06 NOTIFICATION <br /> A. The Contractor shall be responsible to give notice to the Engineer in writing <br /> prior to performance of specific operations as follows: <br /> V <br /> 1. At least seventy-two (72) hours advance notice of intent to start drilling <br /> operations of pilot hole. <br /> +.. 2. At least seventy-two (72) hours advanced notice of intent to start drilling <br /> operations of the Production Well. <br /> 3. At least seventy-two (72) hours advanced notice of intent to start drilling <br /> a.. operations of the Nested Monitoring Well. <br /> B.
