Quarterly Monitoring Report <br /> Third Quarter 2015 <br /> OAK RIDGE WINERY <br /> ' Lodi, California <br /> WKA No. 6364.08 <br /> August 25, 2015 <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> ' This Quarterly Monitoring Report (QMR) presents the results of the Third Quarter 2015 <br /> ' groundwater sampling and analyses at Oak Ridge Winery, LLC shown in Figure 1. The QMR <br /> activities are required by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley <br /> Region (RWQCB-CVR). The QMR is submitted pursuant to the RWQCB-CVR Waste <br /> ' Discharge Requirements (WDR) as specified in Monitoring and Reporting Program (MRP) <br /> Order No. 5-01-172, dated June 14, 2001, and the Water Code Section 13267 Order, dated <br /> September 23, 2004. <br /> ' 2.0 PURPOSE <br /> The purpose of the monitoring activity was to evaluate the groundwater conditions in the vicinity <br /> of the wastewater treatment and land application areas operated by the Winery (Figure 2). The <br /> following presents the work conducted during this quarter: <br /> • Measure depth-to-groundwater (DTW) and calculate groundwater elevation at each <br /> monitoring well; <br /> ' • Purge each monitoring well in preparation of collecting groundwater samples; <br /> • Collect a set of groundwater samples from each monitoring well; <br /> ' • Submit each set of groundwater samples for laboratory analysis; and, <br /> • Prepare this Quarterly Monitoring Report. <br /> ' This QMR also includes a presentation of the results of analysis and statistical evaluation of the <br /> data that were prepared pursuant to MRP Order No. 05-01-172. <br /> 1 <br />
