East-Side operates two stills,each still is capable of producing 0.038 mgd of brandy or alcohol for <br /> a total of 0.076 mgd when both stills are in operation. Because of economic concerns, the stills <br /> have not been operated at full capacity for a number of years. <br /> 22. Historically, the stills have operated four to five months a year on a sporadic basis with 60 to 70 <br /> percent of the operation taking place in September through December. <br /> 23. Domestic wastes at the winery are discharged to septic systems. One system is located immediately <br /> east of the tasting room; a second septic system is located at the southwest portion of the winery <br /> property, Neither of the septic systems allows access to the septic tanks. The size of the septic <br /> systems and leachfields are unknown. <br /> 24. The winery is served by a groundwater production well. The most recent depth to groundwater <br /> measurements within this well indicated the depth to groundwater was 66.9 feet below the ground <br />
