Laurie Cotulla found the
attached web site with the list of chemicals for future questions. To answer your question "no" a Prop 65 is not
warranted.
http://www.oehha.org/prop65/proD65 list/files/P65sinole121908 pddf
Margaret
From: Mike Infurna [EH]
Sent: Monday, April 13, 2009 10:58 AM
To: Margaret Lagorio [EH]
Subject: Lima Ranch report of findings
Margaret,
I received ONE of the reports for this dairy investigation at 13436 N. Thornton
Rd, "Lima Ranch", aka Coldani property.
If you remember, the EHD received a court order to issue the permit for this
investigation.
Ground water grab samples indicate Nitrate (as N) above 45 mg/I was present
in seven of the 10 samples. Ammonia (as N) was reported at a maximum of
370 mg/I in the ponds (surface waters) and a max of 19 mg/I in the grab
samples from borings.
Does this require a Prop 65 notification?
I have not received the other party's (Dairy/land leasee) report of findings yet.
n n o innn
