Records from the San Joaquin County Assessor's <br /> Office indicate that this is Parcel No. 211-464-30, and that the land is owned by Shell. Shell's regional <br /> representative is Mr. Ray Newsome,District Engineer,East Bay District,Concord, California. <br /> The area surrounding the site is flat and situated in a commercial and resid=tial area. The site is located <br /> f. immediately north of Interstate 245 at tate Tracy Boulevard exit. <br /> 2.1 site Ili- aa- <br /> The existing retail gasoline outlet was constructed between April 30 and August 17, 1990,and replaced an <br /> outlet constricted in I967. The existing buildings and facilities at the site are shown in Figure 2,and tite <br /> layout Of the facility and buildings prior to April 30,I990,is shown:n Figure 3. Both figures disulay existing <br /> and former underground storage tank locations. <br /> The previous station was constructed in 1967 and two 8.000- and 10,004-gallon singly:-walled steel <br /> underground storage tanks were installed. A third 8,000-gallon steel rnt:iprground storage tank was installed <br /> in 1970. In 1985,all three steel tanks were removed and replaced with three 10,M, -gallon,double-walled <br /> fiberglass tanks. The fiberglass tanks were installed in the same location as the former steel tanks. The <br /> Fortner storage tank location is shown in Figures 2 and 3. In May and June of 1990,the fiberglass tanks were <br /> -- removed and replaced with four 12,000-gallon,double-walled fiberglass tanks. These tanks were placed in <br /> a new location(Figures 2 and 3). <br /> ..__A_waste_oil.tank <br /> -of_unknown.size was removed from the sitz in-1985.-The foitrier location of this tank is --- - - ----- ----- — - -- <br /> unknown at this time. <br />
