Conditional Workplan Approval - 2 - 29 November 2001 <br /> addition, please add chlorine to the analyte list for Wells MW-9, MW-10, and MW-11 for the <br /> first sample event after the well disinfection. <br /> The workplan is approved on the condition that the above comments are addressed in an addendum letter <br /> to be submitted by 31 December 2001.
