As <br /> you are aware, the building and the ground on which it is located is owned by LNC. All of the <br /> other property at this site is owned by the Ackel Family Trust(Ackel). <br /> The LNC facility was formerly used for metal etching and plating operations from the mid- <br /> 1970's until about 2003. All LNC operations at the site have ceased and are being conducted at <br /> another location in Lodi. <br /> The 110 East Turner Road property is part of an active California Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board-Central Valley Region (RWQCB) soil and groundwater investigation site that <br /> involves volatile organic compounds(VOC's) and is contained within the greater Lodi Northern <br /> Plume Area(LNPA)investigation area(Figure 1). <br /> DAEnviromnenta1\LCN\LCN103.wpd 1 <br />
