• •
RWOCB Action Request
Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon as diesel and motor oil constituents in the soil stockpile are below
10,000 mg/Kg. In addition, all analytical results indicate that CAM-17 metals in the soil
samples are below Total Threshold Limit Concentrations(TTLC)that would define hazardous
waste(Table 3).
The soil sample analytical results indicate that this soil stockpile is not a hazardous waste as
defined by State of California regulations. LNC would like approval from the RWQCB to have
this soil transported to the Allied Waste facility(Forward Landfill) located in Stockton,
California for offsite disposal.
If this request is satisfactory with your agency, please let me know in writing and LNC will
conduct the soil removal in the near future. If you have any questions, please contact me at(209)
369-9421 or(209) 601-6694. Thank you very much.
Sincerely,
NG\NEER
STEPHEN
W MUIR y
No. EG 1224
Stephen G.
