• Elvin Platti, 12683 W. Platti Rd., Hazardous Materials database. This
address is not associated with any current parcel and appears to be in
error. Based on the San Joaquin County Environmental Health
Department well and septic permit files, Elvin Platti owns a property at the
address of 12183 W. Platti Rd.; that property is located over one-quarter
mile east of the Site and, as such, is not anticipated to have impacted the
Site.
Live Oak searched the San Joaquin County Haz Mat Viewer on March 7, 2020
for the Site and nearby facilities with hazardous materials inventories. One
facility was identified within one-quarter mile of the Site. This facility, 12661 West
Finck Road, is located across Old River and Finck Road from the subject Site.
As such, it is not anticipated to have impacted the Site.
Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's
maps of Nitrate — Land Use Data and DBCP— Land Use Data dated February 20,
2019. According to the nitrate map (Plate 6), four wells within a one-mile radius
of the subject Site have been tested. Nitrate was detected in one well at a
concentration between 0.1 and 5.0 mg/L-N; no nitrate was detected in the
remaining three wells. According to the DBCP map, one well within a one-mile
radius of the Site was tested for DBCP (Plate 7); no DBCP was detected. The
Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) set by the US EPA for nitrate is 10 mg/L-N;
the MCL for DBCP is 0.2 ug/L.
7.3 Agricultural Commissioner's Records
Live Oak contacted the San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office
regarding agricultural use of the site. According to Hiromi Hernandez of that
office, chemical use records have been located for the Site (personal
communication, March 5, 2020); however, as of the date of this document, they
have not been made available. If pertinent information is identified when the
records are received, Live Oak will issue an addendum to this report.
7.4 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources Maps
The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR)
Well Finder website was queried on March 7, 2020 for mapped oil or gas wells
within one-quarter mile of the subject Site. No wells were identified within the
search radius.
7.5 National Pipeline Mapping System Database
Live Oak reviewed the National Pipeline Mapping System (NPMS) database on
March 7, 2020 for evidence of hazardous materials pipelines within one-quarter
mile of the Site. No pipelines were identified within the search radius. Local
pipelines which are not mapped by the NPMS may be present in the area.
LOGE 20-11 7
