The
SWRCB's GeoTracker database includes underground storage tank (UST) sites,
leaking underground storage tank (LUST) sites, cleanup program sites, and land
disposal sites. The database can be searched by reviewing two lists, the
Permitted Underground Storage Tank (UST) Sites list and the Cleanup Sites list.
DTSC's EnviroStor database includes Federal Superfund sites, State response
sites, voluntary cleanup sites, school cleanup sites, corrective action sites, and
permitted hazardous waste facilities.
Live Oak searched both databases on March 7, 2019 for any listed sites within
one-quarter mile of the Site. The subject Site was not listed on either database,
and no listed facilities were identified within one-quarter mile.
7.2 Environmental Health Department Databases
Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's
Hazardous Materials, Hazardous Waste Generators, Underground Storage
Tanks, Aboveground Storage Tanks, Site Mitigation, and Site Mitigation and
LOPs lists, dated August 2019, for facilities of concern within one-quarter mile of
the Site.
