It was discussed <br /> that the sample should merely be obtained in a manner so that it includes sludge from as great <br /> of a range as possible. <br /> In closing, Mr. Rosenbaum gave approval to perform the work as outlined in the October 30, <br /> 1996 workplan with the changes and additions outlined above. He stated that we will not have <br /> to wait on any additional approvals.
