File 20-3978-02.E01 KLEINFELDER
December 13, 1996
4) Mr. Rosenbaum stated that all chemical analyses shall have reporting limits
sufficiently low enough to be compared to "Water Quality Goals".
Mr. Rosenbaum also stated that it was not necessarily critical that the sludge sample discussed
in No. 3 of Task 1.1 of Page 3, be advanced to the depth of 20 feet as noted. It was discussed
that the sample should merely be obtained in a manner so that it includes sludge from as great
of a range as possible.
In closing, Mr. Rosenbaum gave approval to perform the work as outlined in the October 30,
1996 workplan with the changes and additions outlined above. He stated that we will not have
to wait on any additional approvals. The additional costs necessary to perform these additional
services are outlined on the attached supplemental cost estimate.
If there are any questions, or if we may be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to
contact our office.
Respectfully submitted,
Robert"Tony" Martin, R.E.A.
Senior Geologist/ Project Manager
Attachments Supplemental Cost Estimate
Work Requisition Form
cc: Mr. Steve Rosenbaum, RWQCB, (w/o attachments)
Mr. Ron Rowe, San Joaquin County PHS/EHD, (w/o attachments)
20-3872-0LE01IMR960289 Page No. 2 of Copyright 1996, Kleinjelder, Inc.
