MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM • <br /> AMSTAR CORPORATION, SPRECKELS SUGAR DIVISION <br /> E. Groundwater Monitoring <br /> Test wells surrounding the pond system shall be located under the direction <br /> of Board staff to monitor the elevation and quality of groundwater. The fol- <br /> lowing information shall be submitted quarterly: <br /> Constituents <br /> Elevation of Specific Total <br /> ground water Conductance Hardness 200BOD5 <br /> Date in well (ymhos/cm) (mg/1) PH (mg/1) <br /> The presence or absence of H2S shall also be noted. <br /> In reporting the monitoring data, the discharger shall arrange the data in tabular <br /> form so that the date, the constituents, and the concentrations are readily discerni- <br /> ble. The data shall be summarized in such a manner to illustrate clearly the com- <br /> pliance with waste discharge requirements. <br /> Monthly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Regional Board by the 15th <br /> day of the following month. <br /> If the discharger monitors any pollutant at the locations designated herein more <br /> frequently than is required by this Order, he shall include the results of such <br /> monitoring in the calculation and reporting of the values required in the dis- <br /> charge Monitoring Report Form. Such increased frequency shall be indicated on the <br /> discharge Monitoring Report Form. <br /> The discharger shall implement the above monitoring program 30 days after the <br /> effective date of this Order.
