The RM will establish emergency evacuation routes <br /> and will make all project personnel aware of these <br /> s routes prior to the first onsite activities. In the event that an accident occurs, the PM is to com- <br /> plete an Accident Report Form for submittal to the <br /> s Office Safety Coordinator (OSC) ) , who will forward a <br /> COPY to the Western Region Health and Safety Officer <br /> (WRHSO) and the Firmwide Health and Safety Officer <br /> (FWHSO) .
