Ground Zero Analysis, Inc. <br />HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN <br />FACILITY BACKGROUND <br />The Site is located at 300 South California Street in Stockton, San Joaquin County, California. <br />The property is identified as San Joaquin County Assessor's Parcel Number 149-095-01. <br />Following the removal of underground storage tanks from the site in 1992 numerous phases of <br />investigation and remediation have been conducted including eight years of intermittent pump -and - <br />treat. <br />WORK PLAN SUMMARY <br />Task One: Installation of five (5) soil vapor monitoring wells to total depth of 6 feet for the <br />collection of soil vapor samples. Installation with direct -push. <br />Task Two: Installation of eight (8) direct -push soil borings to a total depth of 8 feet for the <br />collection of soil samples. <br />Task Three: Installation of four (4) direct -push borings to a total depth of approximately 100 feet <br />for the collection of groundwater samples <br />PAGE <br />
