REPORT PREPARATION <br /> Upon completion of field work and receipt of final laboratory analysis, a report will be <br /> prepared presenting the findings of the investigation. The report will include a <br /> description of the work performed and results of the sampling and analysis. <br /> Conclusions and applicable recommendations will be included in the report. The report <br /> will be in a format acceptable to the CVRWQCB and will be reviewed and signed by a <br /> California Professional Geologist. In addition, quarterly groundwater monitoring reports <br /> will be prepared for each of the proposed events. <br /> 3.0. FIELD PROCEDURES <br /> All field procedures will be overseen by an AGE representative under the supervision of <br /> a California Professional Geologist. Procedures for the advancement of the soil borings, <br /> groundwater monitoring well installation and equipment decontamination are outlined <br /> below. <br /> 3.1 . MONITORING WELL INSTALLATION <br /> A total of two (2) pilot soil borings will be advanced for installation of the proposed <br /> shallow (water table) groundwater monitoring wells. The proposed well locations are <br /> illustrated in Figure 3. <br /> 3.2. WELL COMPLETION <br /> The pilot soil borings will be completed as groundwater monitoring wells utilizing 2-inch <br /> diameter, Schedule 40 PVC blank well casing and 0.020-inch slotted well screen <br /> installed from 25 feet to 50 feet bsg. A diagram of the proposed monitoring well <br /> construction is depicted in Figure 4. <br />
