Site Health and Safety Plan <br /> ENSAFE RS&H <br /> Stockton Metropolitan Airport, Stockton, California <br /> January 27, 2020 <br /> 5.0 INCIDENT REPORTING <br /> All injuries, illnesses, and near misses, must be reported immediately to appropriate project and <br /> contractor supervisor, including the Site Safety and Health Officer, and to the EnSafe Corporate <br /> Health and Safety Manager. This must occur on the shift in which the injury occurs or immediately <br /> upon recognition of injury symptoms if the shift has ended. <br /> Any person who discovers a hazardous substance spill will immediately notify their supervisor. The <br /> person must note the hazardous substance (if known), location of the spill, the estimated quantity, <br /> the direction or flow of the substance, and any other related incidents. <br /> 13 <br />
