Site Health and Safety Plan <br /> ENSAFE RS&H <br /> Stockton Metropolitan Airport, Stockton, California <br /> January 27, 2020 <br /> • Monitors the"work parties" for signs of stress, such as cold exposure, heat stress, and fatigue <br /> • Monitors onsite hazards and conditions <br /> • Participates in the preparation of and the implementation of the HASP <br /> • Conducts periodic inspections (minimum—weekly) to determine if the HASP is being followed <br /> • Ensures that all required safety equipment is available <br /> • Advises site personnel of potential chemical exposures and consequences <br /> • Is aware of plant emergency procedures, evacuation routes, and the telephone numbers of <br /> the ambulance service, local hospital, poison control center, fire department, and <br /> police department <br /> • Notifies, when necessary, local emergency officials <br /> • Coordinates emergency medical care <br /> • Orders a cease of work activities if required for any emergency situation <br /> -.4 Field Crew Members <br /> Depending on the size of the field team, any or all of the field team may be in the "work party," but <br /> the "work party" shall consist of at least two people. The field team members may consist of <br /> equipment operators, sampling technicians, environmental technicians, etc. The field crew <br /> responsibilities include the following: <br /> • Safely completes the onsite tasks required to fulfill work plan <br /> • Complies with the HASP <br /> • Notifies SSHO or Project Manager of any unsafe conditions <br /> 5.5 Contractors or Subcontractors <br /> Subcontractors hired for this project are included in the following table: <br /> 15 <br />
