The <br /> sampling was recommended due to the results of the Phase I ESA Kleinfelder conducted at the site (20-3978- <br /> 0I.P01 dated October 18, 1996). The scope of work is described in Attachment A, with Kleinfelder field <br /> protocols as Attachment B. The cost estimate is included as Attachment C. The work requisition authorizing us <br /> to proceed is presented as Attachment D.
