Wellhead maintenance was needed. p are <br /> Inspected well OB-5 located adjacent to the City of Ripon's Sewage Ponds. Well OB-5 was reported as <br /> damaged during the fourth quarter M&S report. Subsequent reports indicated the well was back on-line or <br /> repaired as observed during the site inspection. <br /> Site inspection concluded back at the mill office. No action to be taken at this time. Staff will review the <br /> proposed WQPS. If accepted, will rewrite the WDRs with the WQPS.
