<br /> sample of sludge in accordance with EPA's POTW Sludge Sampling and Analysis Guidance document,August
<br /> 1989, and tested for the following metals and organics: cadmium, chromium,copper, acetone, lead,nickel,zinc,
<br /> and 2-butanone. This point may be moot since the Sludge Pond has been closed. Surface Impoundment
<br /> Monitoring of ASB-2 should include Standard Minerals. Ground Water Monitoring states, "Annual laboratory
<br /> tests shall be made on samples from the following wells: OB-1 through OB-28,TH-1,TH-2,TH-4 through TH-
<br /> 11, M-10-C,M-11-C, and PW-4,PW-5,PW-6, PW-7, and PW-8. Parameters to be tested are: electrical
<br /> conductivity, pH, total dissolved solids, chloride, sulfate,nitrate, sodium,calcium,magnesium,potassium,
<br /> bicarbonate, and carbonate. All laboratory analyses shall be reported in milligrams per liter."This section
<br /> continues to discuss what should be included in reports. Please follow these requirements as well as providing
<br /> Stiff diagrams for each well.
<br /> We request that data be provided electronically in a tabular format(i.e.,Excel) with constituents across the top
<br /> row and sampling dates in descending order, with respective analytical results in columns. Database formats
<br /> (i.e.,DumpstatTM) or other programs may be acceptable.if found electronically compatible with Board staff's in-
<br /> house programs. We greatly appreciate your compliance with this request.
