This report was due on 30 August 2001 and received on 28 August <br /> 2001 in accordance with Waste Discharge Requirements Order No. 5-01-148. We appreciate the timely <br /> submittal of the monitoring report. Additionally, the monthly effluent discharge reports for May, June, <br /> July and August 2001 were submitted by Mr. Pat Mickelson, Mill Manager and have also been <br /> reviewed.
