A summary of actions taken to reduce the dissolved solids in its discharge from <br /> the plant and the treatment system to the ponds and irrigation fields. <br /> b. A hydrogeologic analysis on the effects of the reduction in dissolved solids in <br /> the discharge on the semi-perched aquifer, the upper aquifer, the intermediate <br /> aquifer, and the lower aquifer. The analysis should include a determination of <br /> whether or not the existing discharge is having a negative impact on the local <br /> water quality. <br /> 8. A copy of this Order shall be kept at the discharge facility for reference by operating <br /> personnel. Key operating personnel shall be familiar with its contents. <br /> 9. The Board will review this Order periodically and will revise requirements when <br /> necessary. <br /> I, Gary M.
