MONITORING AND REPRTING PROGRAM • -4- <br /> FOX VALLEY CORPORATION <br /> AND FOX RIVER PAPER COMPANY <br /> RIPON MILL <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> shall be properly destroyed in accordance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public <br /> Health Services and the State of California Department of Water Resources. <br /> Ground water at each monitoring well shall be analyzed for pH,Electrical Conductivity, water <br /> level (above mean sea level), and turbidity in the field. <br /> Quarterly laboratory tests shall be made on samples from the following wells: OB-1 through OB- <br /> 25,TH-1,TH-2, TH-4 through TH-10, M 19C, and PW-4. Parameters to be tested are: Total <br /> Dissolved Solids (TDS), chloride, sulfate, nitrate, and sodium. All laboratory parameters shall be <br /> reported in milligrams per liter. <br /> Annual laboratory tests shall be made on samples from the following wells: OB-1 through OB-25, <br /> TH-1, TH-2, TH-4 through TH-10, M10C, and PW-4, PW-5, PW-6, PW-7, and PW-8. <br /> Parameters to be tested are: electrical conductivity,pH,total dissolved solids,chloride, sulfate, <br /> nitrate, sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium, bicarbonate, and carbonate. All laboratory <br /> analyses shall be reported in milligrams per liter. <br /> Field and laboratory tests shall be reported in the quarterly monitoring report. Electrical <br /> Conductivity results shall be submitted on a site contour map. All parameters shall be graphed so <br /> as to show historical trends at each well. <br /> Prior to construction,plans and specifications for additional ground water monitoring wells shall <br /> be submitted to Board staff for review and approval. <br /> The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program as of the date of this Order. <br /> Ordered by: <br /> WILLIAM H.CROOKS,Executive Officer <br /> (Date) <br /> Attachments <br /> rev. 25 June 1996 <br />
