CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTRO ARD <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br /> MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM N . <br /> FOR <br /> SIMPSON PAPER COMPANY, R 0 MILL <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Existing monitoring wells show that the discharge from the Ripon Mill has <br /> degraded ground water quality. Simpson er Company has made substantial <br /> improvements in the quality of waste r which i discharges. This is a <br /> Corrective Action monitoring program a purpos o which is to determine <br /> whether measures taken by Simpson P ompany sufficient to clean up the <br /> effects of past waste discharges to gr a r and to determine if the <br /> continued discharge of waste water to Ian to be contained in a waste <br /> management unit described in California Code egulations, Title 23, <br /> Division 3, Chapter 15 (Chapter 15) . Once the c' ion has been made to <br /> classify the waste discharge from the Simpson Pap 1 as one that does or <br /> does not need to be regula under Chapter 15, this 'toring program will <br /> serve to validate that d i A. <br /> The Discharger shall imple n the fo g oring program on the <br /> effective date of this Order. <br /> P NG <br /> In reporting e t ing data, t ischarger shall arrange the data in <br /> tabular form that t e date, the co s ituents, and the concentrations are <br /> readily dis a ible. <br /> Monthly tori gr s submitted to the Board by the 15th day of <br /> the foll 1 n month <br /> The results o a onitoring done more frequently than required at the <br /> locations speci the Monitoring and Reporting Program shall be reported <br /> to e o <br /> e Discharg all sub a yearly summary report to the Board by 30 <br /> anuary of eac e r. The report shall contain both tabular and graphical <br /> summaries of the o itoring data obtained during the previous year. <br /> Discharger sha 1 implement the following monitoring program on the <br /> e ive date of s Order. <br />
