Diamond Pet Food Processors of Ripon California,LLC Januarr 28,2011 <br /> Sampling and Analysis Plan Page 9 of 9 <br /> 7.2 QUALITY ASSURANCE /QUALITY CONTROL SAMPLING (QA/QC) <br /> Samples will be collected while wearing disposable plastic gloves to prevent cross-contamination <br /> of samples. Samples will be retained in appropriate sample bottles provided by the testing <br /> laboratory with the proper preservatives. <br /> Samples will be stored and transported in iced coolers at a temperature not to exceed 4° C for <br /> delivery to the laboratory. <br /> The samples will be delivered accompanied by chain-of-custody forms similar to the format <br /> shown in the Appendix. <br /> 8. REPORTING <br /> The WDRs and associated MRP Order No. 5-01-148 indicate that the Detection Monitoring <br /> Reports are to be reported on a semiannual and annual basis. The first semiannual report is to be <br /> submitted by the 31 st of July of each year. The second semiannual and annual results are to be <br /> submitted by the 31st of January of each year. Semiannual and annual monitoring reports include <br /> groundwater results, and the annual report also includes statistical analysis of the groundwater <br /> using the Mann-Kendall test for trend.
