A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a <br /> grading permit issued by the Building Inspection Division <br /> prior to performing any excavation or filling of earth <br /> material . See U.B .C. , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7003 <br /> for exemptions: <br /> a . A grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B .C. , Appendix , Chapter 70 , Section 7006 (d ) . <br /> b. The grading plan shall include complete drainage <br /> details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. <br /> Retaining wall details shall be submitted where <br /> applicable. <br /> c�.
