The 100-Year Flood <br /> Elevation will be approximately 25 feet NGVD. <br /> McKinley Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet, <br /> and a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONIS : <br /> 1 . An Improvement Flan , prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer , <br /> showing drainage , driveway access details , cn-site parking , <br /> and grading , shall be submitted to the Department of Public <br /> Works for approval . <br /> 2 . A 10 foot wide roadway dedication is required on McKinley <br /> Avenue along the frontage of APN 241-400-1e. <br />
