Ronyak <br /> APPLICATION NO : UP-86-16/G1-86-2 <br /> APN 241-400-18 , 20 <br /> PROPOSAL : Use Permit application for a 200-head cattle feedlot <br /> with an accessory tomato-silage use , and for a soil <br /> amendment use in which coffee grounds are imported and <br /> mixed with on-cite soil stockpiles; and a Grading <br /> Excavation application to renew the existing, expired <br /> Grading Excavation Permit (EP-84-5 ) issued previously <br /> on this property . <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located northwest of the intersection of the State <br /> Route 120 bypass and McKinley Road , south of Manteca. <br /> The site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Desiqnated Flood Hazard Area . The 100-Year Flood <br /> Elevation will be approximately 25 feet NGVD. <br /> McKinley Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet, <br /> and a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONIS : <br /> 1 . An Improvement Flan , prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer , <br /> showing drainage , driveway access details , cn-site parking , <br /> and grading , shall be submitted to the Department of Public <br /> Works for approval . <br /> 2 . A 10 foot wide roadway dedication is required on McKinley <br /> Avenue along the frontage of APN 241-400-1e. <br />
