SOIL AMENDMENT USE . <br /> The existing soil amendment use involves approximately <br /> 12 acres on which coffee grounds and native soil are blended <br /> and then transported by truck for off-site use. <br /> Coffee grounds are delivered by truck from a processor <br /> in Ripon, air dried and stockpiled on-site for future use. <br /> The soil has been excavated (under permit) and stockpiled <br /> on-site. Product blending on-site is accomplished using farm <br /> tractor equipment, modified tillage equipment and loaders . <br /> C.
