<br /> I observe some gaps in the base tiles at the back washing area and at the freezer units area. Seal gaps and cracks and
<br /> send evidence of violation correction to gfahmy@sjgov.org before operating.
<br /> Wall, at the prep table by the mop sink, has irregularity. Provide smooth wall surface before operating.
