Stewart Road <br /> Lathrop, CA 95330 Lathrop, CA 95330 <br /> RECYCLED WATER EXPANSION REPORT REVIEW— PHASE 2, MBR WASTEWATER <br /> FACILITY, LATHROP, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Staff has reviewed the February 2006 Recycled Water Expansion Report— Phase 2 (RWER) <br /> prepared by Nolte Associates, Inc., which was submitted on 10 March 2006, the 26 April 2006 <br /> Addendum to Recycled Water Expansion Report (Addendum) prepared by the City of Lathrop, <br /> and the 5 May 2006 Transmittal of Table 1 prepared by Erler & Kalinowski, Inc. and determined <br /> that the improvements are consistent with Discharge Specification B.2 of Waste Discharge <br /> Requirements (WDRs) Order No. R5-2005-045, which allows an increase in the wastewater <br /> flow rate pending approval of the technical report. <br /> A list of land application areas approved for wastewater application is listed in RWER Table 3. <br /> The groundwater monitoring network for the Phase II land areas is presented in Table 7 of the <br /> RWER; the Phase I groundwater monitoring network (Mossdale Landing area) is presented in <br /> Table 1 contained in Transmittal of Table 1.
