If water fills the hole, tremie will be used and will be raised in increments <br /> as Portland Type 1/II Cement (5-sack mix) is placed from the base of the bore hole up to <br /> the surface. The ground surface will be restored in an as-like condition. <br /> Disposal <br /> Excess soil cuttings, sampling and cementing materials will be stockpiled onsite in a <br /> labeled DOT drum pending disposal as construction materials. <br /> Laboratory Analysis <br /> McCampbell Analytical laboratory will be requested to analyze the selected samples by <br /> the chain-of-custody submitted with the samples. <br /> The following is a list of laboratory analysis that may be performed based on chemicals <br /> used onsite: <br /> • Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons as Diesel (TPHd) EPA Method 8015 <br /> Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons as Gasoline (TPHg) EPA Method 8015 <br /> Volatile Aromatic Petroleum Hydrocarbons (BTEX) EPA Method 8021 <br /> • Methyl-tertiary butyl ether (MTBE) EPA Method 8021 <br /> • Halogenated Volatile Organic Compounds (HVOCs) EPA Method 8260 <br /> • RCRA8 Metals (Ag, As, Ba, Cd, Cr, Hg, Pb, Se) (RCRA8) EPA Method 6010 <br /> • Semi-Volatile Organic Compounds (SVOCs) EPA Method 8270 <br /> • Organo-chlorine Pesticides (OcPest) EPA Method 8080 <br /> • Nitrogen/Phos Pesticides (NPPest) EPA Method 8141 <br /> Phenoxy Herbicides (PhPest) EPA Method 8151 <br /> • Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) EPA Method 8082 <br /> Denali has identified the following key areas for investigation: <br /> 1 diesel and gasoline AST fuel area (B- TPHd, TPHg, BTEX/MTBE) <br /> 1 waste oil lube pit (B- TPHd, TPHg, BTEX/MTBE)(A- HVOC, SVOC, <br /> RCRA8, PCB) <br /> 1 steam clean pad on drainage side (B- TPHd, TPHg, BTEX/MTBE)(A- <br /> HVOC, SVOC, OC, NPhos and Ph PEST, RCRA8, PCB) <br /> 3 equipment storage buildings (A- TPHd, OC, NPhos and Ph PEST) <br /> 1 pesticide storage building (A- OC, NPhos and Ph PEST, RCRA 8) <br /> 3 outside equipment store/chemical mixing areas (A- TPHd, OC, NPhos <br /> and Ph PEST) <br />
