4.Emergency Response Plan implementation. <br /> The locations shop manager must provide the following training so employees are familiar with <br /> implementing the locations emergency response plan: <br /> Employees that may take part in an emergency response for a hazardous material or <br /> waste release are required to take the following documented training annually: <br /> Take EV-205, Emergency Spill Response Training <br /> View the Petroleum Release Response Video <br /> These trainings must be documented on ES-41, Environmental Training Document. <br /> Train all employees to contact the Facility Emergency and Environmental coordinators <br /> need to assist and coordinate the notification procedures found in the HMMP for <br /> contacting county and sate regulatory agencies. <br /> Review the Ryder policy for emergency and environmental coordinators to document <br /> hazardous material incidents on form no-ES-5 Report of Significant Environmental <br /> Incident. <br /> Train employees on the four C's of taking care of an emergency response for spills, <br /> Control, Contain, Clean up, and Contact <br /> Train employees to immediately inform the location shop manager whenever a <br /> hazardous material or waste spill occurs. If the shop manager is not available, next <br /> they are to call the maintenance manager, and also if need to call Ryder Environmental <br /> Services in Miami. This number is on the emergency spill tel. guide(form ES-19. <br /> For locations with underground storage tanks,employees must also be trained on the <br /> locations underground storage tank emergency response plan found in your locations <br /> HMMP. <br /> Special Note: These training programs should take into consideration the position of each <br /> employee. Additional training may include: <br /> 0 Internal alarm/notification procedures. <br /> M Evacuation/re-entry procedures and assembly point locations. <br /> 0 Material Safety Data Sheet(MSDS)training including specific hazard(s) <br /> of each chemical to which employees may be exposed, including routes of <br /> exposure (i.e, inhalation, ingestion, absorption). <br />
