He further explained: <br /> First test of the elements of the our paint sample-Total Threshold Limit Concentration <br /> (TTLC)-the testing results of all the elements did not exceed the TTLC. In <br /> fact all were a elements were significantly lower across the board. He cited <br /> following limits on a few the test elements: <br /> Element TTLC. STLC-Max <br /> Barium. 4370 mg/kg. . 10,000 mg/kg <br /> Zinc. 1.56 5,000. " <br /> Lead. 0.19. 1,000. " <br /> If any of the elements exceeded TTLC,the a second test Soluble Threshold Limit <br /> Concentration(STLC)would have done to confirm a Hazardous Material <br /> Classification. <br /> Please forward test results and my comments.
