Since the facility disposes the drained <br />metal filters as hazardous waste, rather than recycling them, the on-site storage drums must meet the labeling <br />requirements for hazardous waste, specifically labeled with the words "Hazardous Waste", name and address <br />of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), accumulation start date. <br />
