Also, since the drained metal oil filters are disposed as hazardous waste, the Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest <br />(UHWM) tracking number is required to be included on the consolidated manifests from World Oil. <br />Please verify my understanding above, and confirm that the facility will label the drained metal oil filters as <br />required by hazardous waste regulations, and the consolidated manifests will include the UHWM tracking number. <br />2. When Drained they will be stored in a <br />sealed metal 55 Gallon Drum and shipped on a Consolidated Manifest by World Oil. The Manifests will be married with <br />the TSDF copy and filed in our Green Binder. <br />Violation #4, The Brake shavings are being cleaned up following each use of the brake lathe, using a shop vac. They are <br />being stored in a five gallon sealed bucket. Within the 90 day time frame, they are transported by World Oil. <br />Violation #6, The Metal Filters - Metal Filters will be crushed, using our New Filter Crusher. When Drained they will be <br />stored in a sealed metal 55 Gallon Drum, labeled as Drained Metal Oil Filters and shipped on a Consolidated Manifest by <br />World Oil.
